A safe space to unravel, understand, and heal. Welcome to my journey as a counselling psychologist in training.
Also known as Miss Rose. I am currently training to become a counselling psychologist in India. My journey into psychology was born from a deep curiosity about the stories we tell ourselves and the resilience of the human spirit.
I believe that therapy is not just about fixing what's "broken," but about witnessing your own life with compassion. In my practice, I strive to create a non-judgmental sanctuary where silence is respected as much as words.
I view mental health through a lens of intersectionality and cultural context, especially within the Indian landscape. We are often caught between tradition and modernity, duty and self-expression.
My work is grounded in humanistic and psychodynamic traditions. I believe that our past shapes our present, but it does not dictate our future. By exploring early attachment patterns and unconscious motivations, we can unlock new ways of being.
I am particularly passionate about destigmatizing mental health conversations in everyday spaces. Vulnerability is not a weakness; it is the birthplace of connection.
Navigating the pressures of modern life and finding your center amidst chaos.
Understanding who you are beyond the expectations of others.
Building healthier dynamics with partners, family, and friends.
Learning to sit with difficult emotions without being overwhelmed by them.
I am currently accepting bookings for online sessions. Let's start a conversation.
